THE PHILOSOPHIC HAND
The philosophic hand is and entity unto itself. It usually doesn’t combine with square, conic or spatulate fingers. The palm is lengthy and angular with bony fingers and developed joints. The hand looks inquisitive and the palm is often covered with a multitude of lines.
The fingertips tend to be pointed but can’t be classified as conic because of the developed joints.
Philosophic hands belong to philosophers, futurists, Jesuits, nuns and those who live a contemplative life with a vision. These hands are most often found in Eastern countries, especially among mystics.
Liberal the ologians tend to come closer to having philosophic hands than do conservative Christian Leaders, whose hands are usually square.
THE PSYCHIC HAND
The psychic hand, like the philosophic, is usually not mixed with other finger types. Its name has nothing to do with the term “psychic” as we know it today.
It is one of the most beautiful and yet most unfortunate of hand shapes. It is fragile – looking, with thin palm, long, tapering fingers and almond – shaped nails. Owners of these hands are used to people’s flattering remarks about the beauty of their hands. The flattery usually ends there, however, for those with psychic hands have a tough time finding their place in Western society.
They avoid the hustle and bustle and are trusting, gentle, compassionate and idealistic. Surprisingly, owners of these hands, if other markings are good, are full of hidden strengths.
Children with psychics hands, if they are the off spring of caring, understanding parents, will be channeled into endeavors where they can thrive. If the parents are harsh, these children will either and die.
Psychic handed people can be creative, charming and intelligent, especially if they find occupations to suit them. They should, however, have business people take care of their finances and have someone to remind them of appointments.
They are sensitive to the needs of others and are often found in the mystic arts as mediums, clairvoyants, Tarot – card readers and in related occult vocations. They are counted among the New Age philosophers, therapists and healers, but they usually don’t have pure psychic hands. The pointed fingers give way to a square look. This helps give them the stamina to deal effectively with life. They do, however, retain their sensitivity.
